About Me
Real Estate Agent (& Lawyer)
I fell in love with real estate after I bought by first townhouse in 2012, a modest 2-bedroom in West Houston. I was still paying back student loans from law school, so my budget was necessarily limited. Luckily prices were low, the real estate market still recovering from the 2008-09 financial and housing crash. The process was fascinating to me, and I loved how it dovetailed with some of the same skill sets that lawyers draw on. As the housing market recovered I watched the value of the house slowly double. I had never accumulated wealth so easily. I was hooked.
Your house is the largest purchase you will make. Where, what and when you buy can have a big impact on your quality of life. Your finances, where your children will be educated, what sort of people you will likely interact with, how long you will spend driving a car every day, your safety—all these things and more come into play. You should have an agent that appreciates the importance of their job and will give you and your transaction the care and attention to detail that they need and deserve.
I am a licensed attorney in Texas, graduating from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2009, cum laude, and a member of the South Texas Law Review. I actively practice law, and I love being a lawyer, but real estate is another calling that I could not ignore.
Since obtaining my real estate license in 2019 I have been fortunate to have clients entrust me with their home purchases, sales and leases, as well as commercial sales. I have personally been a landlord for several years and am well-acquainted with the challenges clients face when putting their property up for rent and selecting qualified tenants. As a lawyer I have negotiated and drafted leases for commercial, retail and industrial space. I have also assisted landlords with evicting tenants when necessary.
I am born and raised in Houston. Me, my wife (Priscilla), and daughter (Victoria) live near the Galleria. My family is everything to me, everything I do is for them.
